About

The PowerofONE Project is an art-based interactive pop-up activity to introduce participants to the impacts of bullying & discrimination.

Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on how bullying & discrimination occurs in the community and within schools. Participants will reflect on how they can creatively speak up, challenge negative language, and heal with the community.

Participants will consider the ways they can act, individually and collectively to address bullying & discrimination, and become advocates for people who are discriminated against

Broadening Horizons

We are a youth empowerment agency that seeks to inspire young people to become change makers through the use of creative expression and social media.

We want our participants to thinking critically about the world we all live in. We encourage youth to harness their creative talents, be it spoken word, visual art, songwriting or acting, and use that talent towards creating positive social change.

Our interactive programs aim to educate youth on a wide range of social issues ranging from issues of globalization, poverty, and the environment to issues of discrimination and youth homelessness.
