Food is a gift, and we have forgotten where that gift has come from. Tamara Green, also known as Indigenesis catering, uses only pre-contact, native ingredients centering around the Great Lakes region, and from the surrounding Aboriginal nations.
We welcome you to come sample some of Tamara Green's creations.

What we do: Provide only pre-contact, native ingredient-based catering centering around the Great Lakes region, and from the surrounding Aboriginal nations.
Why we do what we do: Food is a gift and we have forgotten from where that gift comes from.
How we do it: Prepare items from only pre-contact ingredients using traditional native cooking methods and re-imagining them with modern cooking techniques.
Where we are: Based in Port Perry, Ontario serving so much more!
