About

A Knowledge Building Circle around the events that took place during the 2018-2019 school year. All initiatives were created, implemented and reflected on by the Supreme Sixes and Mrs. Eby, with the support of a brand new committee, the Legacy School. Students will be sharing over 8 different activities that were embarked on, plus the provocation for the original project idea, raising enough funds to outfit the entire school community in an orange t-shirt. The main message was to raise awareness of the survivors of Canadian residential schools, and the empathy, hope and acceptance that can be learned by listening to the stories of these brave Indigenous Peoples.
