Culture Days is a pan-Canadian event and movement to inspire and catalyze greater participation by everyone in the arts and cultural life of our communities. Culture Days is a project initiated by The Canadian Arts Summit, and is supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, Culture pour tous, The Banff Centre, and others as listed on the Supporters page.
This Policy relates to the Culture Days website at CultureDays.ca. Culture Days reserves the rights to change this Policy at any time by posting changes online on the Culture Days website. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
Privacy
Culture Days collects personal information that is volunteered by individuals, such as when individuals sign up to receive updates via email and/or SMS. As well, Culture Days uses Google Analytics to collect information to monitor and analyze site traffic.
Individual information provided to Culture Days will not be sold or made available to a third party. For the purposes of this site policy, the term third party does not include groups or individuals such as Provincial Task Forces, Host Organizations, and others that are collaborating on the Culture Days project.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by anyone else.

Information on this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted; you are required to acknowledge Culture Days and, if possible, link back to our site. We want you to share information in order to promote Culture Days and help snowball the movement. In all other instances, for any other uses, you must request prior written permission of Culture Days.

Any communication or material that you send or post to any public area of the site, including data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like, is, and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information.

Content submitted by the public is posted as is. We are not responsible for user-contributed content, although we will do our best to remove racist, pornographic, defamatory or illegal content. If you find such content, contact the Culture Days office by email, and we will then take appropriate action.

Culture Days does not warrant that the functions of the material contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.

Culture Days takes no responsibility for the content of external Internet sites. The fact that we link to other websites does not mean that Culture Days has any control over them, or that Culture Days approves of or endorses the website or the content contained in the site.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and specific rules or terms that appear elsewhere on this site, then the latter will prevail.
